    Strong links with Plymouth Argyle, Exeter City and Torquay, attainable professional academies.

    We introduce players to clubs regionally and professionally, from the best grass roots all the way to category 1 academies ensuring a bespoke player development pathway.

    To supplement this, we offer half termly fixtures to give exposure and allow progression Fixtures against academies to showcase and challenge players.

    Entry into Independent Schools Football Association (ISFA) national competitions and the opportunity for players selected for ISFA England national team.

    We take some of the most exciting cultural tours to the best football destinations in the UK and abroad. Destinations have included Chelsea, Brighton, Crystal Place, Madrid, Barcelona, Ajax, Bayern Munich and Paris St. Germain.

  • Substantial investments have been made to prepare the pitches and equip the facilities. These preparations ensure that the students have access to world-class resources, further underpinning the commitment to nurturing football talent.

    Future proofed facilities, including a Strength and Conditioning suite, grass pitches (drainage system and irrigation) and multi-use flood lit Astro turf. We have exclusive use of our partners brand new 4G astro turf in a stadium environment.

  • All resources are available for players and parents to see on our innovative online player hub that gives access to a player’s progress with real time data.

    Every player receives an Individual Development Plan (IDP), which gives agreed termly targets for the 4 corners of elite performance: Technical, Tactical, Psychological and Biopsychosocial.

    We have a unique partnership with Playermaker who can give real time data to evidence physical and technical development both at school and for a player’s club.

    The sport science team perform regular fitness tests to ensure we are monitoring a player’s physical development.

    We have termly parent meetings to discuss a player’s progress and achievement. We give season reports to allow goal setting for futures years.

  • Players will all receive 4-6 sessions per week that will fit alongside their training and matches with their chosen club. We follow a syllabus of tactical weekly themes specific to an individual’s position.

    The week will be comprised of an IDP focus session, technical and tactical sessions combined with strength & conditioning (gym and pitch) for physical development and injury prevention (supplemented by a triage service with our physiotherapist if required)

    We offer sports psychology through our mental performance coach who delivers 1:1, small group and workshop sessions.

    Borders are offered extra strength & conditioning sessions in the evenings and Saturday morning on pitch sessions.

  • We are selective as we want to ensure all players have a similar mindset, ability and goal in reaching their full potential.

    Trinity independent school only offers scholarships for outstanding players, we assess this based on the players previous clubs and part of our trial selection process.
